The Company has undergone several ownership changes since inception, and the latest being in March 2013 where all shares owned by PT. Meta Focus Sarana Ananda were transferred to PT. Anugerah Perkasa Semesta.
The Company is now owned by PT. Central Energi Pratama (92.33%) and PT. Anugerah Perkasa Semesta (7.67%).
